Functional training is one of the fastest and most efficient ways to get in shape. Kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes and resistance bands will give you a workout that will build lean muscle and burn fat off of your whole body fast! We offer group functional training 6 days week with sessions every hour starting as early as 5AM.
